3:45 is a revolutionary breakthrough in high strength aesthetic full arch zirconia!  Finally offering speed sintering of full arches (including implant supported arch constructions) in less than four hours!  No base or support structure is required during the sintering process, saving massive amounts of zirconia that can be used for single posterior units or 3 unit bridges!  Zubler’s 3:45 zirconia comes pre-shaded (mono), available shades include: A0, B1, A1 and BL1.  Available sizes: 98mm x 25mm and 98mm x 30mm.  Zubler’s 3:45 zirconia provides 1100Mpa of strength and 48% translucency!

Thorough testing and research went into the development of this revolutionary material.  Aesthetics (shade and translucency), reliability and strength were all equally imperative in creating a material that could be sintered rapidly addressing today’s need for growing demands!

Color liquids are available for “A0” White discs.  Color liquid bottle size: 50ml. Available Liquid colors: A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4, BL1, Bl2, BL3, BL4, C1, C2, C3, C4, D1, D2, D3, D4.
