Central Suction

FZ VARIO central suction systems offer a comprehensive solution. They feature efficient extraction motors and filtration systems available in different classes and combinations, along with numerous accessories for both large and small dental laboratories or clinics. These systems provide healthier air and a quieter environment.The suction exhaust is vented outside the building, ensuring that the indoor air remains clean without requiring costly air filters for individual suction units.

Automated port openers with various fittings and adapters for dedicated workspaces and equipment are available to provide convenient, powerful extraction. Additionally, manual ports with optional cleaning tools can be used to clean clinic or laboratory surfaces, equipment, and floors.

FZ VARIO central suction units adjust to extraction demand in real time.  As each work station calls for suction, the vacuum motor speed increase to achieve balanced suction at each station. As stations close, the motor decreases speed for maximum electrical power efficiency. The suction unit has a periodical cleaning of the filter every twenty mins throughout the work day. This is achieved by a compressed air burst inside the filter to clean from the inside out.

Maintenance for FZ VARIO central suction systems is minimal. Apart from removing suction debris bags from the collection bucket as needed, the system only requires a filter replacement once every two years!
