Multi Station Suction

The Z4 multi-station suction system is designed for use in small dental laboratories or as a solution for larger ones. It can accommodate up to 4 suction stations simultaneously.

The new port system allows for easy installation and maximum flexibility as it separates the suction system and suction port opener. Key features of this system include automatic filter cleaning, suitable for connecting to up to 2 CAM milling machines or 4 workstations, and the option to expand with extra external suction point openers. Additionally, the remote unit placement frees up space at individual workstations and improves laboratory air quality through external exhaust air installation.

The Z4 housing has filters that are automatically cleaned at regular intervals using an intelligent control system. Compressed air is blown from inside through the filter walls, causing accumulated dust to fall into a removable waste container. The use of several filters ensures continuous cleaning efficiency. The Z4 features EC motors, which offer increased efficiency over AC & DC motors. They combine the best of both by incorporating a circuit board, resembling the design of a DC motor but powered by AC. The result is a longer-lasting, more efficient, and quieter motor.
