This intelligently designed device from Zubler is the solution to surface anomalies in pressable ceramics. The Vario SC ensure success, removing anomalous surface issues related to the pressing process.

• Immediately after removing a ring from the oven, place it into the VARIO Surface Conditioner.
• The VARIO SC adds the necessary force to compensate for the contractions that occur during the cooling process, thus avoiding undesirable malformation.
• The cooling fan and stability added by the VARIO SC reduces cooling time by as much as 50%!

Designed and manufactured in Germany, the Vario SC is a solid stainless-steel device for maintaining the correct pressure for 100g, 200g and 300g rings immediately after pressing while still hot! The device has a fan that supplies a safely calibrated stream of air just below the investment ring to expedite cooling helping to reduce reaction layer and maintaining ceramic formation. The weights are designed to apply the proper amount of force directly to the press plunger to ensure the shrinkage of the material does not affect the overall pressing result, while also increasing the surface detail ensuring a more desirable result!
